2. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified on the invoice, sales order, or applicable agreement. BFX Fire Apparatus reserves the right to suspend or withhold future orders or shipments in the event of non-payment.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping costs and delivery arrangements are governed by the applicable quotation, sales order, or agreement. BFX is not responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control.

4. Returns and Cancellations

All returns and cancellations are subject to approval by BFX Fire Apparatus. Restocking fees or other charges may apply. Special-order, custom, or modified products may not be eligible for return or cancellation.

5. Inspection and Claims

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and promptly notifying BFX of any damage, shortages, or discrepancies. Claims will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable order terms and warranty provisions.

7. Liability and Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, BFX Fire Apparatus shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of products. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas unless otherwise specified in an applicable agreement.
